This one has it rough...

This is a day in the life of Boomer--

He sat at the top of the balcony this morning making me so nervous that he was going to try to jump down. He would. He's just that special!

From there.. he tried to help be get ready to go to the grocery store... by helping, i mean trying to dig into every folded towel in the bathroom closet.

He took a nap.. which I interrupted by taking this photo!

He got up on the top of a cabinet and hid inside a bag.. then proceeded to attack anyone who was in the vicinity...

I got home today to a gift. Unexpected. For no reason.

I love fireflies!! When we take our evening after dinner walks- I always say how much I love them. He listened and found this necklace for me on ETSY.

I had Boomer outside on the back porch this evening helping me with grilling dinner. He was more amused with laying on the warm concrete.

Harbor Fest 2012

This weekend was Harbor Fest. We decided to take the newly constructed light rail into downtown Norfolk and see the tall ships and maybe a few other things in downtown.

Tall Ships were everywhere! It was a sight!

We were able to go aboard the Mexican Ship "Cuavatemoc".

A Night on the Beach

Terry and I took a drive down to the Boardwalk tonight. Perfect weather, not too hot and not too windy. THe Lifeguard chairs had the red "Warning" flags up.

THis is the "Old Coast Guard Station" on the oceanfront. We stopped just past here for ice cream.
