Tacos and Rainbows

So, we all know that I have a love of everything that involves me eating Mexican foods. That point is not able to be argued! Well, I decided the tonight would be a little carne aside taco with some lovely refried beans. I just wish I had more time and I would have made the tortillas from scratch!!

After dinner, there was a beautiful rainbow that could be seen in the backyard. It was double, but the second one was so daily that it was really not able to be captured on film!

So pretty though!!

My Boys (Minus the Girl)

What can be said about this little boy? Well, this month, he's 3 years and 6 months old. He's quirky, to say the least! He's up for a quick coddle, but only if it lasts for between 12 and 45 seconds and you make no eye contact or touch him in any way. If any of those happen, he will leave. He's still pretty amazing though! He's my beautiful little ginger and I know that his big brother Boomer would be proud of how good he is with his little brothers and sister!!

Dexter Morgan

Mommy's little monkey! He's 16 months and is still fairly small, well, just not his gut! He's a munchkin and should weigh no more than 9 pounds but this boy is topping the scales at 11.2 pounds! Someone has been sneaking some extra food while mommy isn't looking! He loves to watch while I am on the computer and often grabs at my hands to pet him if he doesn't think that I am giving him enough attention! He's messy in the kitchen and likes to knock out one piece of food at a time to chase and eat!

Rocket J. 

Rocket is the tiniest of the crew at 8 months old. He's special in more ways than one! He DOES NOT CRY! Only when you give him a bath or are slow with putting his food bowl down! It's insane! He loves to eat, sleep and attack, in that order. I love him in spite of all of his weird behavior and in some cases because of it! He's a lap cat and a wants to be "Where the People Are!"

He's amazing. Everything that is perfect about a cat! He's curious, playful, silly and loves to sit on your lap. He's the first one to greet anyone new at the door and always wants to "be where the people are." He's my little ginger baby!!

Yard Work Day

So, today was devoted to getting the back yard mowed and weeded, HOPEFULLY for the last time of the season. Was able to get it all done before noon even! I feel really good about that! 

I got all prettied up after and decided to NOT cook dinner! Chinese take out it is!

Hiding Baby Dexxy

Baby Dexter was absolutely adorable this morning. He's such a sweet boy and I love him with all of my heart.

I was looking for him and didn't see him in his usual spots and just so happened to look down at the floor to see a tiny little grey and white paw peeking out from under the book shelf. My sweet boy is still small and can hide in some great places!!

Kids and a Ton of Grass

Next time I say that I want a decent size front yard, remind me what a pain in the ass it is to mow and weed and take care of!

After I did the yard, I came in and and saw Rocket and Isabella playing! I love those two!

Such Helpers

Started off the day with a little selfie time and then took the bears outside. Dexxy is typically the only one who wants to be involved in picture time. As usual, he was the one who let me take some!

We spent a little time on some art. Rocket and Dexter always love to be helpful on my desk.

Ended the night with a VERY SLEEPY Dexter on my desk. He's typically within arms distance of me at all times. I think he loves me the most!

Breakout! Museum Heist

So, there is a game that is becoming very popular here. It's called Breakout Room.  Basically, you have 60 minutes to find a bunch of clues that can get you out of a room and solve a complex puzzle. Me, Taylor, Chris and Ami did it today and we SOLVED the game with just over 5 minutes left!!

Rec Time

Took the kids out today. Isabella took a pretty good picture today! She's so hard to get a good photo of because she's so dark! I love her!!
