I looked over at the couch and there was Isabella, Boomer and Dexter. All knocked out. This was just too much for words! I love how they have accepted Dexter so well!

Halloween at ADS

Had a great time at ADS today. Some people dressed up for halloween. 

I was a fancy business cat and Theresa was a creepy chick with a skeletonize dog.

Jason was interesting and Christine and Alicia were emoticons.

My Kitchen

So, we've lived in the new house for almost a month. I thought I liked the yellow kitchen. 

{Thought is the key word in that statement.}

Considering maybe colonial blue, ash grey or even a pewter color. We're going to live with it for a few more weeks to see how it feels.

Had a wonderful day volunteering with Habitat for Humanity today. The ADS Team were all rockstars helping a wonderful family live their dream of home-ownership!

The kids definitely feel at home in the new place. Dexter especially, loves just laying around, like his big brother Boomer.

Bath Time

Someone, {Dexter} was pretty stinky. So, we gave him a bath. He was silent. He didn't try to escape. He just sat there and took it. Such a champ!

First Hole in the Wall

We did our first little improvement today and drilled a hole in the wall to hang the television. That was a little daunting to put the first hole in the house!

 (Missed a few wires- we'll correct that later)

Moving In

 We move in pretty quickly!

Dexter and Boomer are all passed out from watching us move!

We Bought a House!

So, after all these years, we've finally found a place that we love and bought it! We closed today and began moving in!

We're staying in Virginia Beach, at least we know the location well and we're literally 2 miles each from work! Can't really get better than that!

Here we are with our awesome realtor, Brent Montella with the Montella Real Estate Group. He made it insanely easy for us to buy and can't recommend him enough!

Isabella has decided that she has approved of Dexter. She let him cuddle with her tonight.
