AND my favorite place on earth during my time in Palau.. This is a Rosticeria.
A Rosteceria is the closest thing to "fast food" as you can get in Italy. The food is already cooked and you pick out what you want and they charge by the weight. The whole roasted chickens were about 6 euros each and some days, we'd go in and buy 2 of them and eat for three days!
